Return Policy

PARTOW items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Goods may be returned for full store credit or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team via email at SALES@PARTOW.US to receive your return authorization number.

Apparel and accessories must be returned new, unused and unaltered with all manufacturers tags attached. Any special packaging, accessories or attachments that was included with your item(s) must also be returned or a restocking fee may be deducted from the amount of your refund.

A return authorization number is required for a return to be accepted. Please note that an RA number is issued solely as a preliminary measure and does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise returned does not comply with the conditions noted in our return policy.

Once an RA number is submitted, we will email you a return label for the shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your return request, shipping instructions and a shipping label to print and use for a fee of $25 for Domestic returns. Upon receipt of the merchandise, and inspection to meet all requirements outlined, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Items purchased at department stores, or any other retailer selling PARTOW merchandise cannot be returned to PARTOW.us
